Personal data updates can be securely transferred to the employer payroll system. Employees enjoy the flexibility of securely updating their contact information through a simple web browser interface. Reduced keying errors save the Payroll department countless hours of validating and keying employee information.
The eCabinet module provides secure document storage for current and past years' records. During the implementation process, we can upload W-2 information from past years for online viewing. In addition, this secure access is not part of your infrastructure so "termed employees" can access this data without bothering your payroll department.
