format. It protects your PDF research documents and reports
from unauthorized copying, sharing, modifying, printing (including
how many times).

An automated batch process ensures fast,
unattended report capture, indexing, and archiving. Users
then have Web browser access to enterprise business application
output documents within minutes of generation.
With customer-specific report definitions,
indexing values are automatically extracted and stored in
database. Report data is converted to a compressed Adobe PDF
format to significantly reduce the cost storage.
DocAgent Archive reduces time spent looking through traditional
printed reports and documents by prompting for search criteria
and precisely retrieving the document or page desired.
The Adobe Acrobat Reader provides a text
search feature that makes it easy to locate specific, non-indexed
data within a document after it has been retrieved for viewing.
It also provides the flexibility to print to a locally-attached
PC printer, fax or e-mail the document in perfect fidelity.
The administrator specifies business-rules
which permit document access only by individuals who have
appropriate authority.
