Security
Take the security of your disbursement
processing to a new level. CheckServer uses dual-key security
to ensure that only authorized operators have access to the
check-printing function; a full audit trail is generated with
Positive Pay transaction files; generic check stock can be
printed with artificial watermarks, pantographs, microprint
lines, warning messages and faded or split coloring; and intelligent
signature controls allow you to vary signatures (or have no
signature appear, for those checks that need a manual signature)
depending on the amount.
How CheckServer Works
CheckServer reformats print output
from your enterprise applications and then merges it with
electronic forms, logos, and signatures to create fully formatted
checks on generic laser MICR-encoded
safety stock. Business rules are specified only on the initial
run, eliminating the need for continual operator interaction.
CheckServer runs in the background in an external document
interface, thus requiring no program modifications to your
existing enterprise applications. The speed of the process
is only limited by the speed of the printer, and the end result
is a professional looking check. For added security, CheckServer
always authenticates users before the commencement of any
printing action.
