Cloud Solution Specialist (Systems/Networking)

Career opportunity for an experienced Microsoft specialist to work with a document management software solution provider to tailor, deliver and provide second level support for clients in on-premises as well as software as a service business models.  Solutions relate to business document production, capture, workflow and archive.  Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Microsoft and VMWare technologies and have excellent written and oral communication skills.  Project management proficiency is a plus - managing project scope is a critical component of delivering a satisfactory customer experience.  On-the-job exposure will include FTP, security, SQL Server, Active Directory, network administration, workflow rules setup, advanced scanning integration, communications, messaging, version control, customer relations, and more.  Please submit resume and salary history.
